Frequently asked questions
Which colour formats can I paste?
HEX (3, 4, 6 or 8 digits), rgb()/rgba(), hsl()/hsla(), cmyk(), plain “r, g, b” values and CSS colour names like “teal”.
Is the CMYK value exact for printing?
It is a standard mathematical conversion without a colour profile — good as a starting point; your printer may adjust it.
What do AA and AAA mean?
WCAG contrast levels: 4.5:1 is AA for normal text, 7:1 is AAA, and 3:1 is enough for large text.
Is transparency supported?
Yes — 8-digit HEX, rgba() and hsla() keep their alpha value.
