Frequently asked questions
Are my PDFs uploaded to a server?
No. Merging happens entirely in your browser, so your documents never leave your device.
Is there a limit?
Up to 30 files of 100 MB each at a time. Very large merges depend on your device's memory.
Can I change the order?
Yes. Use the up and down arrows next to each file; the order in the list is the order in the merged PDF.
Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
Not directly. Remove the password first (open it, then print or save it as a new PDF), then add it here.
Does merging lower the quality?
No. Pages are copied as they are — text stays text and images are not recompressed. Bookmarks and fillable form fields of the original files may not be carried over.
