The short version: your files and text are processed in your browser. They are not uploaded to us and we do not store them.
Your files and text
The PDF, image, QR code, visiting card, data, text, time and password tools all run on your device, inside your browser. The file or text you give them is never sent to our server. That is why they keep working for large files without any upload wait, and why there is nothing for us to keep.
Optional AI
A few tools offer an optional “Built-in AI” mode. It only appears when the site owner has switched it on. If you choose it, the text or document you submit is sent to the AI provider shown on the page so it can answer. The other two modes, “Instant” and “My own chatbot”, never send your content from this site. With “My own chatbot” you copy a prompt into a chatbot you already use, and what happens there is between you and that service.
Passing a file to another tool
When you use a “What next?” button, or drop a file on the home page and pick a tool, the file is handed to that tool through your browser's memory while you move between pages. It is not uploaded, not saved to disk, and it is forgotten when you reload the page, close the tab or wait a few minutes.
Share links
A share link (for example for a fixture list, a colour or a visiting card) stores the details after the # in the web address. Browsers do not send that part to any server, so we never receive it. Anyone you give the link to can see those details, so only share what you are happy for them to see.
What stays on your device
We save small preferences in your browser's own storage: your chosen theme and colour, which guided tours you have already opened, and the last few tools you used (so the home page can show them first). Cities you add in the time converter are saved the same way. This stays on your device; you can clear it any time in your browser settings.
What we do collect
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and measure page speed in aggregate. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also processes standard request data such as your IP address in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not sell data.
