How do I convert miles to kilometres?
Choose Length, type the number of miles, and pick Miles and Kilometres. One mile is exactly 1.609344 kilometres.
How do I convert Celsius to Fahrenheit?
Choose Temperature and pick Celsius and Fahrenheit. The formula is °F = °C × 9/5 + 32, so 100 °C is 212 °F, and −40 is the same in both.
What is the difference between a US cup and a UK cup, or a US and a UK gallon?
They are different sizes. This tool uses the US cup (about 237 ml) and lists both the US gallon (3.785 litres) and the UK gallon (4.546 litres) separately, so you can choose the right one.
What is the difference between MB and MiB?
A megabyte (MB) is 1,000,000 bytes, as disk makers count. A mebibyte (MiB) is 1,048,576 bytes, as many operating systems count. Both are listed so you can pick the one you need.
How do I convert mpg to litres per 100 km?
Choose Fuel economy and pick Miles per gallon (US or UK) and Litres per 100 km. For example 30 mpg (US) is about 7.84 l/100 km. A lower l/100 km is better; a higher mpg is better.
