- Use a new, increasing number on every invoice. “Next one” counts it up and gets the form ready for the next customer.
- Put how and where to pay in the notes — bank name, account number or payment link — and choose payment terms such as 14 or 30 days.
- Invoicing rules differ between countries. Some require your tax or company number, the customer's tax number or specific wording. Add whatever applies to you in the address box or the notes.

Is it a Word or Excel template?
No. You fill it in on this page and download a PDF or a picture. That keeps the totals correct and the layout tidy, and it means nothing is uploaded.
What should an invoice include?
At least: the word invoice, a unique invoice number, the date, your name and address, your customer's name and address, a description of what you are charging for with quantities and prices, the total, tax if you charge it, how and when to pay. Some countries require more, such as tax numbers.
Can it calculate tax and discounts?
Yes. Enter the tax name and rate (VAT, GST, sales tax…) and an optional discount. The discount is taken off first and tax is added to what is left, with every line rounded to the cent so the numbers add up.
Can I add my logo and change the colours?
Yes. Add your logo (it stays on your device), pick a colour and choose A4 or US Letter paper. There are 23 currencies to choose from.
Is my customer's information safe?
It never leaves your device. The invoice is made in your browser, nothing is uploaded, and there is no share link that would expose it.
